Name tag sheet

Stock: Avery 5392 insert refills, 3 by 4 inches, 300 per box. Holder: Avery 74459 or any 3 by 4 holder. Lanyards beat clips, which fail on jackets and blouses.

• Print black only, at 100 percent scale. Do not let the printer "fit to page" or the QR will shrink.
• Names are written at the door with a broad tip marker. That handles walk ins and misspellings.
• The QR never changes, so print one large batch. Leftovers carry to the next county.
• Print head count plus twenty five percent.
• Scan one tag from the finished sheet before you print the rest.
